We ("kimapp.ordersysvn.com") respect your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information
when you use our apps and services.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: your username and the details you enter when signing in to or using an app.
- Business data: data you create in the app yourself (orders, products, sales information…).
- Device & version information: the app version and an identifier (slug) — used only to check for and
manage over-the-air (OTA) updates for the right device.
- Files you upload: photos/files you choose to upload (if any).
We do not collect your location, contacts or other sensitive data unless you use a feature that needs it.
2. How we use information
- To provide and operate the app's features.
- To authenticate sign-ins and protect your account.
- To check for and deliver app updates (OTA).
- To provide technical support and improve service quality.
3. Device permissions
The apps may request the following permissions and use them only for the stated purpose:
- Network (Internet): syncing data and checking for updates.
- Camera: scanning QR codes (if you use the scanning feature).
- Microphone (audio recording): only in the Walkie-talkie app/page and video calls — your voice is sent directly
to devices on the same channel/call while you press to talk or are in a call, and is never recorded or stored on the server.
The Walkie-talkie app uses a background service (with a persistent notification) so you can keep listening/talking with the
screen off; tap "Leave channel" to stop.
- Storage/Photos: choosing and uploading photos/files (if you use it).
- Notifications: notifications about the app's activity (if you allow them).
4. Sharing information
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it when:
- It is necessary for our server infrastructure providers to operate the service; or
- Our advertising partner (Google) collects it through cookies / advertising IDs as described in section 5; or
- It is required by law.
5. Advertising and cookies
The kimapp.ordersysvn.com website shows ads from Google AdSense; the free (non-Pro) apps show ads from
Google AdMob. To serve these ads:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site
and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings,
or opt out of third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at

How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
- In the mobile apps, AdMob ads may use your device's advertising ID. You can reset or delete it, or turn off
personalized ads, in your phone's Settings (Google → Ads). The Pro versions of the apps have no ads.
- Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before cookies are used for personalized ads.
- Apart from advertising cookies, the website only uses necessary cookies and browser storage: keeping you signed in,
remembering your chosen language, and storing some tools' data in your own browser (localStorage).
6. Storage & security
- Passwords are stored hashed, never as plain text.
- Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections.
- Data is stored on our servers and kept only as long as needed to provide the service.
7. Your rights
- Request to view, correct or delete your data/account.
- Withdraw granted permissions in your device's Settings at any time.

8. Children
The apps are intended for business/management use, are not directed at children under 13, and do not knowingly
collect information from children.
