Open this page on BOTH devices
Open kimapp.ordersysvn.com/air on the sending AND the receiving device, on the same Wi-Fi. The two devices will show up for each other automatically.
Can't see the other device? Type its ID in the "Enter the other device ID" box above — on another network the other device taps Accept — or tap 📷 Scan QR.

When the other device appears (a circle with its name), tap it to send.

Pick a file — done!
Pick a file/photo (or drag-drop onto the other device, or Ctrl+V to paste and send). The other device taps Accept and the file goes straight across, encrypted, never stored on a server.
